4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Processing times may be longer during peak periods, bank maintenance windows, or where a withdrawal request is subject to security review. 4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

4.5 Prohibited Transactions

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.4 Promotion Availability

Promotions are available to eligible Members only, as specified in each offer. rk7777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing qualifying bets placed before any such change are honoured under the terms applicable at the time of placement.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets are accepted subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. Asian handicap (voor bola) and mix parlay bets are subject to the rk7777 Sportsbook Rules, which are published within the Sportsbook section of the platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. rk7777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or settled in error.

6.2 Casino and Live Casino

• Session Time-Out: Members may set a maximum gaming session duration, after which the platform will automatically log out the Member.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may apply a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 12 months from Account Settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected period.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

rk7777 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Member account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
• Suspected use of automated betting software, bots, or other tools that artificially influence game or bet outcomes;

8.2 Consequences of Termination

9 Intellectual Property
